Ken Lingwood
Director - The Gecko Elite Golf Academy
In his youth, Ken played golf to a high standard and represented his county. However there came a point when he realised he was not equipped to progress to the professional ranks and elected instead to concentrate on a business career.
During the many years spent in management roles in the UK, Ken maintained a strong relationship in the sporting world. In addition to playing golf, Ken was an active cricketer who eventually took on a role as Chairman of a club where he built a renowned youth development programme.
Before joining The Gecko Elite Golf Academy, Ken was Director of a successful UK-based golf academy.
Nick Lane
Head Coach & Short-Game Specialist
Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role. As a talented Amateur in his youth, he played for his county (Devon) for many years and also had the honour to represent England. When his playing career was cut short, Nick turned to coaching where he has become a recognised short-game specialist.
Nick is currently a US PGA Instructor as well as a member of the European Golf Teachers Federation. Among his clients, he boasts players on the European Tour, Challenge Tour, ECCO Tour & European Ladies Tour.
